Hi all,
Sorry this post is so late I just got home from the gym. Ok so I did not make it to Zumba. :( I had to run home before the gym and if I do this I miss the 5:30 class. But I did however make it to the gym. And did cardio on the elliptical and stationary bike for 30 min each! My legs are supa tight. I need to stretch before!
The rest of my day was great. I ate under my 1200 calorie goal and burned tons of calories!!!! For lunch I ate left Lenny's that my wondeful boyfriend bought me last night (and yes I took pics but cannot upload them cuz I'm on my phone) I had a club with just meat and lettuce only! remember number 11 yesterday i am picky and do not eat cheese or mayo or really any condiments and salad dressing. So what the crap am i not skinny yet lol and for dinner I just inhaled a peanut butter sandwich. I love the jiffy natural peanut butter on the round bread from Kroger. I have no idea what it's called but it's 190 calories and I love it!!!! Also I am eating peas and I put Cajun shake and pepper on them and I could eat them everyday!!!! Love it!!!
Ok for tomorrow I will hopefully be going to spin class at 5:00. And for those of you who are keeping score I don't get off till 5:00. So I will beg my boss to let me off at 4:30 and only take a 30 min lunch! :( I am so spoiled I hate to give up have my lunch break! But I guess I love spin more!!! No but my boss is really cool just as long as I do my work and not miss any time he is awesome!!!!
All right. Well I am beat for today and will holla at y'all Tom!!!!
