I will post my pre-workout weight
This is in Cozumel this past september. I was on the weight loss train before this cruise and lost 21 pounds! but after the cruise I fell off :( So I am hopping back on!!!
So tom is monday and I will be going to the YMCA, and taking Lift & load at 5:30 and if im not dead Y-cycle (spin) at 6:30. Thats pm yall I am so not a morning person. I worked out once at 5:30 AM and loved it, but thats only because I could not sleep so not by choice. I am on fitness pal and it tells me to eat under 1200 calories and I plan to stick to that. I love fitness pal! So I will def be posting food and self pics just like all the cool bloggers!
